Choosing the grit:

80 grit: for localised work on heavily callused/hyperkeratotic areas.

100 grit: for removing heavily callused skin and opening fissures.

180 grit: for the initial treatment of moderately callused feet.

320 grit: for final finishing and polishing, helping to keep the skin soft after treatment.
